Brak spokoju, wewnętrzna burza i gonitwa by nadążyć za rzeczywistością, by dotrzymać
ja , mam to w genach.
Koniec i kropka.
Brak stabilizacji, też mogłabym pisać i pisać, powiem krótko, do tanga trzeba dwojga, sam tanga
nie zatańczysz, a błędy i złe nawyki dadzą ci do myślenia i nawrócą na właściwa drogę ku
stabilizacji.
Brak uczuć, panie i panowie, brak uczuć, pustka wewnętrzna, pustynia, zamiast pozytywnych
emocji i umiejętności czucia czegokolwiek jest jedno wielkie nic. Proszę was w swoim imieniu, nie

Lasst all dem freien Lauf.
Wir haben nur dieses eine Leben.

A lack of something can be understood in various ways.
A lack of peace, health, a sense of security, stability, or affection—none of this bodes well. I am speaking generally here partly from my own perspective and partly from observing reality. Nothing can replace these things, and everything has future consequences depending on how long we live with that lack.
A lack of peace—an inner storm and a race to keep up with reality, to follow through on every plan. And when the tasks are finally ticked off and we could have a moment of calm, we don't know how to make use of it; after all, how could one simply sit and do nothing? I freely admit it: that was so me—it’s in my genes. For better or worse, it is time to change, and I am changing.
A lack of health—I could write endlessly about this; it’s a vast subject—but why keep dwelling on the same things? Now is the last moment to do something about it, and I am doing just that. Period. Do not neglect your health, dear reader; I speak from my own experience. Without health, you won't live through what is yet in store for you—and believe me, and believe the universe: there is something in store for everyone.
A lack of a sense of security—the worst thing that can happen to a person. It is worst of all when it affects a child, for the child carries that baggage of absence with them, believing they are to blame for whatever was missing. In adulthood—well, if it’s not there, it’s not there; we’ll manage. We’ll fill that void with fear—simply living in a state of constant dread, insecurity, and anxiety.
Then there’s the lack of stability—I could go on and on about this, but to put it briefly: it takes two to tango; you can’t dance it alone. Yet, mistakes and bad habitswill give you pause and steer you back onto the right path toward stability. Because without it, normal functioning is impossible. Unsurprisingly, the consequences of instability are fear, anxiety, and a lack of security. Perhaps I should have ranked this point higher on the list.
A lack of feelings—ladies and gentlemen, a lack of feelings, an inner void, a desert; instead of positive emotions and the ability to feel anything at all, there is just one big nothingness. I implore you: do not forget about feelings, about understanding emotions, about showing what is right and what is wrong. Let it all out.
We only have one life.
